We want to convert dreaming entrepreneurs into climbers who pursue their business ideas with us. We want to convert stressed freelancers into experienced Sherpas who know there is work, and have the flexibility to live life the way they want.
Our Skills & Expertise
We specialize in turning tech ideas into opportunities. This requires a special skillset of strategy, design, and development. We have a combined total of 20 years experience in those categories and are passionate about sharpening our tools in order to capitalize on emerging trends (voice-first anyone?) and perfect our craft. With a constantly expanding network of sherpas, this skillset will only continue to grow and evolve.

Neal Hooper
Neal Hooper has been an instructional designer, director of internal communications, and a graphic and freelance web designer for over 7 years. Neal is passionate about clean, functional design with a purpose. Neal has a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters. And…he loves pineapple.
Gaje Robarge
Gaje has been empowering peoples lives in the solar industry since he was 16. He is a proud graduate of Devmountain and now is a Full Stack Developer. He is efficient in planning projects and pushing them from production to release. He was born and raised in Utah and is an extreme Grateful Dead. Other than that, he loves to camp and hike with his fianće and Golden Retriever Jo.
Riley Hooper
Riley Hooper graduated with a degree in computer science and worked as an iOS Developer for numerous organizations. He has been hosting companies, building amazing mobile apps, and pwning noobs online for over 6 years now. He has a wife and 3 kids who serve as a handicap while gaming.
Jake Lindsay
Jake Lindsay has a masters of instructional technology from Utah State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University. He is a senior product manager of information systems by day and an iOS developer by night. He and his wife love to snowboard, wakeboard, and try out new restaurants (#foodies)
Nick Reichard
Nick has a double degree in Finance and Marketing. Worked with an incubator for tech startups while learning code on the side. Went to Dev Mountain for iOS. Dev Mountain then hired him as a mentor after graduating. After 8 months he became the lead mentor. Nick is now working as an iOS developer with a team of developers in India for a US based tech start-up. I play the drums and I’m a mountain enthusiast that’s been to 18 countries in 2 years.
